This is a Live Auction in accordance with § 383 German Civil Code (BGB) on March 28th, 2023 on site in 46446 Emmerich, starting at 12:00 p.m. For legal reasons, the auction has to take place live and in person on site in Emmerich.

However, you have the option of submitting bids online or in writing using the pre-bid form in advance. The online bids, which are submitted by March 28, 2023, 10:00 a.m. at the latest, will be used in the auction on the same day at 12:00 p.m. Bids submitted in writing are also used in the auction. Legally binding bid surcharge takes place on March 28, 2023 from 12:00 p.m. and is binding.
